The largest charitable boating Regatta on Vancouver Island kicks off for the 14th year on Saturday, September 11th as an event for the whole community. The Vancouver Island Easter Seals Regatta & Festival is proudly hosted by the Royal Victoria Yacht Club and promises a colourful spectator show everyone.
